any special cases which might arise from time to tune in which expenses have been unavoidably incurred by the Governer and which from the fact of the Vessel belonging to the tucked Ringdom or other sufficient reason the Governor night feel justified in submitting with

a new of obtaining relief out of Imperial Frinds.

The Board have no objections to make to the remander of the Ordinance HIP.
